The space allocated for the implementation of the Armonia compound in the new administrative capital is very good, as the real estate developer has allocated a large space of up to 42 acres to provide a large number of services and facilities within the compound.
The priority of the developer was to provide large areas of green areas that are interspersed with many services, utilities, and water bodies, so the developing company allocated an area of 80% of the total area of the project to them.
While all the buildings came on a space of only 20% of the total space of the project, all buildings with different spaces and types of residential units were implemented, to provide all customers’ needs within the Armonia compound, the new administrative capital.
